Meet the Doctor

Dr. Jilian Stogniew was born and raised in New Hampshire. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire (2001) and Cleveland Chiropractic College (2006) in Kansas City, Missouri as a Presidential Scholar and Valedictorian. She has completed numerous continuing education courses in adult health, pregnancy, and pediatric development. Dr. Jilian has been adjusted since childhood and has experienced optimal health through natural chiropractic care since her early years, overcoming chronic bronchitis and a depressed immune system. She has been adjusting both of her children since birth, creating two of the healthiest kids around!

In 2009, Dr. Jilian founded Awakening Chiropractic in Tilton, NH and has served the lakes region for over 15 years.  Awakening Chiropractic North, is bringing the same quality chiropractic care and wellness education to our northern community.  We are dedicated to family centered wellness and our focus is to educate and help our entire community reach optimal health through chiropractic care and wellness education.

When Dr. Jilian is not adjusting and educating our community, she enjoys skiing, golfing, exploring National Parks, hiking, camping and being a wife to her husband Bryan, and a mom to her son Sebastian and her daughter Lucia.

Our team is experienced and committed to promoting health in our community.

Bryan Roy Chiropractic Assistant Bryan was born and raised in southern NH. He currently resides in the beautiful Lakes Region with his wife Dr. Jilian, his two well adjusted children Lucia and Sebastian, and his 6 dogs! He joined the Awakening team full time in 2022 and loves connecting with patients and seeing their growth through chiropractic. He enjoys the outdoors in his personal time and the many activities to do within it such as hiking, biking, swimming, and walking his dogs. He is blessed with and relies on his chiropractic care so that he is able to do these things he loves and the great quality of life it brings to him and his family.

Justice McCarthy Chiropractic Assistant Justice grew up in New Hampshire most of her life. At a very young age, she found a love for the mountains and just overall being in nature. Justice’s and her sons interests consist of hiking, paddleboarding, swimming, reading, and camping. You name it. She is able to enjoy these activities because of her belief in the power of Chiropractic. She lives by the motto “ The opposite of depression isn’t happiness, its action!”
